  1. I Register (Membership Register): This register contains details of all the members of the cooperative society. It includes information such as the name, address, occupation, date of admission, and other relevant details of each member.

  2. J Register (Share Register): The J Register maintains records of shares held by each member of the cooperative society. It includes details such as the number of shares held, share certificate numbers, date of issue, transfer of shares, etc.

  3. Share Register: This register is similar to the J Register and is used to keep track of the shareholding pattern within the cooperative society.

  4. Nomination Register: This register contains details of members who have nominated someone to receive their shares or any other benefits in case of their death. It includes the name of the nominee, relationship with the member, and other relevant details.

  5. Lien Register: A lien is a legal claim against a property to secure the payment of a debt or obligation. The lien register maintains records of any liens imposed on the shares or property of members of the cooperative society.
